Enough is enough there is no easy way to address the situation. But using your child as ammo to get back at your spouse is sick and poor excuse for a parent. We can bring the positives out hoping one day it leads to the truth for change. If the truth is never exposed we will continue living false life & kids not only miss out on time with one parent. They stand the chance to grow up with bitter taste of life & eventually will go searching for the truth.

You hear all the time keep strong, take notes, journalize all situations, from visitation to whatever interaction you might have with your ex. Eventually the courts will work in your favor. Well 6-10 years later when child is almost grown isn't in anyone's favor. By that time the child has grown resentment towards both parents not knowing the real truth. There are some simple solutions to this problem. It would be good to have a discussion panel with some sound, stable, selfless parents that are truly in this for their children.

After recent experience with spiteful tactic to withhold my daughter from me. I've created this organization www.ourfuturefirst.net in intent to make more awareness and put our kids first.

We are quick to call someone a dead beat. But slow to take action to stand for what’s right. With so much negative influence from television to advice from our friends that are not in better situations then ourselves. What are we really teaching our children? Reality is not what we see on TV and spiteful acts, and ulterior motive to get our way only teaches our kids to do the same. We’re quick to judge but slow to take a look at close details that make the truth. We will give a bum a dollar before we help a father be apart of his child life. We will feed other countries children and charge a father here his sanity and freedom just to get a couple days out the week to be apart of his child life.

There is no easy way to address these turmoil situations. But over looking it and allowing one parent to abuse the system creates a greater danger. Many kids have grown up without one of their parents grows up with an emptiness left in their heart & time they will never get back. An absent parent due to circumstance like death when a child is young is totally different than a child growing up to find out one parent kept them away from the other parent or a parent using the system to. What happens when kid finds out the truth? More so in most cases there is sound evidence that judges tend to let slide. Contempt of court is a joke. Court dates are so spread out giving one parent an upper hand of using what they call 9/10’s of the law is possession of the child. Child will never understand or know the truth until they are 30-40 years old having to go through the same history they where taught. Both parents have to live and survive in this already hard economy. Why should one parent be charged to see their child & charged based on how much you pay is how much time you get with your child. Some states it’s the more you pay the more you see your child. This has created a booming business for country around the States. If it’s the best interest of the child then everybody working in the child support building should be a volunteer. Court appointed child monitors should be free. Have you seen child support building in your area? Most of them are huge buildings with a lot of people working there. I can guarantee you they are not working for free & have nasty attitudes far from customer service. So creating a fair play system to really allow parents to be forced to share parenting would be all too simple and would put a lot of people out of work. You go down to DA’s office you several men with tickets on there head worth more than a brand new car some worth more than a house. Are all these parents’ dead beats? Or is having a child like a financing a new car where they expect you default so they can come repo you. How is a parent making $300 a week to get sanctioned half of his check suppose to live anywhere in this country?

If a woman can have a baby and throw away her rights by given the child to hospital to void having babies dumped in dumpsters not be charged with child support. I think the fair option should be giving to a man as well. We are all grown & have responsibilities to attend to. The burden shouldn’t be pawned off on another parent giving any situation. I hear don’t worry things will work out for the better in the end just be patient. Time lost is something we can never get back.
